Our skin is one way for people to be able to tell our age which is quite a sensitive subject specially to women. Facial muscle contraction – Facial movements like smiling, squinting and even just a smirk can significantly contribute to developing more wrinkles. Since contracting a muscle repetitively can cause more lines to appear in our face,  like laugh lines, it would be best to avoid unnecessary facial movements. It is best to avoid such movements of facial muscles, but not to the extent that we are already expressionless.
